Vital Nation stands behind each and every one of our products.

Vital Nation has strategically partnered with the foremast leaders in sportswear and apparel. Through our authorized retail partners, Vital Nation has made arrangements to accept returns for products that have clearly demonstrable material or workmanship flaws originating from the factory. In the rare event you find yourself having purchased a Vital Nation product that has a material or workmanship flaw, we ask that you first check with the place of purchase to seek assistance and guidance. Please note that Vital Nation’s authorized retail partners maintain their own unique return policies, some of which may be specific to the individual store, that need to be adhered to.

Consumers who purchased product(s) directly from Vital Nation vis-à-vis www.vital-nation.com are asked to contact Vital Nation via email at: info@vital-nation.com for further assistance.

We will process any product(s) returned to Vital Nation within 10-12 business days from the date of receipt. In order to be considered a valid claim, your warranty request must meet the below stated criteria:

GUIDELINES FOR PRODUCT(S) RETURNED TO VITAL NATION

  • Any product returned must have been purchased from Vital Nation directly vis-à-vis www.vital-nation.com or from an authorized Vital Nation retail partner.
  • Vital Nation does not grant any refunds on direct purchase. If your product is found to have a material or workmanship flaw we will be happy to provide a like-for-like replacement.
  • Vital Nation’s authorized retail partners maintain their own unique refund and exchange policies that will need to be adhered to. Vital Nation has no control over these policies.
  • No exchanges or refunds will be granted due to size, fit or style selection errors.
  • Vital Nation will not accept any counterfeit products and reserves the right to not return and/or destroy counterfeit products

 The following return or warranty claims WILL NOT be accepted as valid justification for a return or exchange:

  • Any product(s) Vital Nation determines in its sole discretion to be free of any material or workmanship flaws.
  • Any product(s) that shows evidence of excessive wear, misuse or alteration.
  • Size, fit and style selection complaints.
  • Promotional materials or product samples.
  • Claims made by consumers residing outside of Canada, the United States or the European Union.
  • Any product(s) with the labels removed.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE:

Please be advised that you must include a return address on any package sent to our consumer warehouse. For the safety and protection of our staff and employees, any package received that doesn’t have a return address made clearly visible on the outside of the package will be immediately destroyed. Vital Nation will be under no obligation to replace the contents of the package. Customers will have to be bare the actual cost(s) associated with shipping to and from Vital Nation’s warehouse and distribution facility.
